Consult with your Orthodontist/Dentist to know how your case can be treated with 3D Aligner’s.
There are specific type of cases (crowding, spacing, deep bite, cross-bite, etc..) which can be treated with 3D Aligners.
Upon confirmation of your case and submission of mandatory records to 3D Align, 3D Align team than plans your treatment digitally and simulations of the treatment planning are sent to your consultant doctor.
Each case is individually planned in a manner to give the best possible outcome through 3D Aligner’s. We recommend you to visit your consultant orthodontist/dentist on regular intervals to have a monitory check on how the treatment is progressing through 3D Aligners.
Each set of aligners is to be worn for 2-3 weeks and 22-24 hours per day as directed by your orthodontist/dentist.
They have to be removed only while brushing/flossing & eating/drinking.
Follow strict instruction protocols regarding handling of 3D Aligners as instructed by your doctor. You can even refer the “Instruction Manual” provided in your aligner kit.
Discontinue wearing aligner if any pain or sharp impingement is felt and consult with your orthodontist/dentist immediately. 3D Align team will direct further regarding actions to be implemented.
It is not mandatory to visit your dentist frequently if the protocol regarding the wear of aligners is on right track.
3D Align recommends to visit your orthodontist/dentist on regular scheduled intervals for keeping a monitory check regarding how the treatment is progressing through 3D Aligners.
However if you are facing any discomfort in form of pain or sharp impingement on gums, it is mandatory to visit to your consultant orthodontist/dentist on immediate basis.

We recommend you to remove the aligners while eating or drinking to avoid discolouration of the aligners as it might take up the colour of the food / beverages.
On eating any crisp food item aligners may get worn off and have to be replaced with an additional cost.
Teeth grinding and clenching can also cause aligner to wear down faster and it may deform or crack. If so consult with your dentist regarding the habit before processing it for 3D Aligners.
It is okay to drink water with 3D Aligners on. However we still recommend to make a habit of removing 3D Aligners while eating / drinking in order to avoid loss of glossiness and transparency of the 3D Aligners which can affect the overall look of the aligners while it is worn.
We strictly recommend you to avoid placing your 3D Aligner in a tissue paper or pocket which can ultimately cause deformation / breakage.
Travel Case is provided in your Aligner Kit for storing and carrying the 3D Aligner all times.
If 3D Aligner is lost or broken , please immediately contact your consultant orthodontist/dentist. You may be asked to shift back to the previous Aligner Set till further guidance.
